Help with grammar and vocabulary

Here are two great tools I've just discovered that will help you with your grammar and vocabulary. They are both free, but you'll have to register.

Grammarly is an extension that you can install on your browser and will automatically check your grammar and spelling. It's not perfect, but it helps! You can download it here. There's also a premium version, but the free one works just fine.

Phraseum is also an extension you can add to your browser. It allows you to save words or phrases while you are browsing the net and organize them in a phrase book. You can download it here.

Listen to English this summer!

If you want to stay in touch with English during the summer but travelling to the UK or the USA is out of the question, here you have a few apps that will make you feel right in the middle of London or NY City! All of them are free, I think.

If you need to practise and also learn some grammar, try some of these British Council apps. There are grammar, vocabulary, listening and video apps.

Here you will find the app for BBC Learning English (Apple) and of course 6-minute English! (Apple and Android)

If you want to hear real radio, here you have two options:

For American radio, try NPR (National Public Radio) (Android or Apple)

And of course, you must try the BBC app! (Apple and Android) It has lots of content and fantastic design.

Aquellos alumnos que tengan pendiente la prueba oral, se pueden apuntar en los cuadrantes de la cristalera de la sala de profesores. La escuela está abierta durante el mes de julio por las mañanas.
